Open any upcoming or past booking from the Bookings tab to see its detail. From there you can reschedule (request a new date or time), cancel (subject to cancellation policy), or pay any outstanding amount. If the provider added additional charges after the booking (e.g. extra service or product at the visit), you can pay them online via the Pay button; the link may open in the in-app browser for Paystack.
When you arrive, you may be asked to verify arrival (e.g. OTP or button). After the appointment you can write a review and book again. If your provider cancels, we will notify you and help with rebooking or a refund; see the article on provider cancellations for more.
